When will they receive their box?

We despatch our freshly packed boxes in the second week of each month, and it should be with them by the weekend.

When will I be billed?

We will take full payment at time of ordering.

Do they have to wait?

I’m afraid so, good things come to those who wait! But if they just can’t wait to get started, grab them an extra box HERE.

Can they get a box more frequently?

We are currently set up for monthly subscriptions only, but will be adding in other options in the near future – keep an eye on our website, and log into your account to manage your subscription.

But what if they don’t like Whisky? Or Gin?

Well there’s 2 options here –

a) Let them taste the best, see the light and realise they’ve just been drinking it wrong all these years.

b) Tell us they don’t like it and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

We deliver our cocktail kits and tasting experiences anywhere in the uk. At this point we are unable to ship internationally – sorry.
