We just love our craft. When it comes to discovering drinks, researching recipes and fine tuning menus we are in our element.
Our recent commissions have included a Mexican themed bar menu (think Palomas, Micheladas and yes, Margaritas of course) and a range of botanical cocktails (Lavender Collins, Chamomile Bourbon, Basil Caipirinha and more).
We can work with single spirits (rum bar, gin bar etc.), style of drink (Tiki Bar), era (1920s Glamour), themed events, local produce showcase etc. etc. etc. The only limit is your imagination.
We are not your average mobile bar.
